Jogging and Nordic walking routes in Augsburg
Our service for walking and running enthusiasts: For friends of Nordic walking, power walking or jogging we have prepared several walking routes. Both the Wittelsbacher Park with its Japanese zen garden and the Wertach River shore with its beautiful wooded trails offer suitable walking and running tracks for your personal level of fitness.
Wittelsbacher Park (2 km/4 km)
This beautiful track takes you around the Wittelsbacher Park with views of the Japanese Zen Garden. One round are 2 km.
Wertachufer - Trail to Gögginger Wertach-Wehr (8,4 km)
An idyllic, wooded trail along the Wertach shore to the “Gögginger Wertach” -weir leading back to the hotel at the other side of Wertach river.
A beautiful tour along the Wertach river shore to Pfersee bridge and a great Wertach weir. On the way back we pass the kiosk "Sonnenglück" and return to the hotel after a park round through Wittelsbacher Park.
